The return of De Rosa

OK…
Take two (my previous De Rosa post seemed to disappear into the ether). De Rosa, who hail from Lanarkshire in Scotland, release their hotly anticipated sophomore album Prevention on Chemikal Underground (who with Aidan Moffat and the Phantom Band are gearing up for a great 2009).

Good song, looking forward to the album.
This release can’t come soon enough. I’ve been keeping somewhat of an eye on the Appendices, but more excited since they’ve posted clips from the album on their MS.
have been sent promo, cannot wait to hear it. 2009 is already shaping up to be a great year for music, and it’s not even the end of January…
I’ve heard it and it’s well worth the wait. I’ve also got an extended interview with Martin which should see the light of day as part of a podcast in a couple of weeks.
I’ve now heard it too, and it is very, very good.
I’m biased, but I agree, it’s swell.
I think it’s fair to say that the scottish blogosphere is going to be giving this album some serious love. Hopefully this will happen further afield too…
I would certainly hope you’re right, Ed. I think these guys are massively under appreciated.
Well, as bloggers i guess it’s our duty to spread the word and spread the love. Hell, we can but try : )
Hi Ed
The interview with Martin is included in my first podcast here:
